I am basically a systems scientist and in recent years have worked as a development manager and management consultant. I have extensive experience of various leading roles in technology and product companies. I love when technology contributes to business value.

I have extensive experience from working with globally distributed teams and have lived in Indonesia myself while leading teams in Sweden. I see many benefits of a new flexible approach in the wake of the pandemic. Freedom of choice will promote creativity and innovation.
