Consulting assignment as Head of Development, where I was responsible for conducting a feasibility study of the agency’s existing legacy systems. I am now leading the implementation of a more flexible and scalable architecture while simultaneously building the team that will carry the work forward in the long term. Additionally, I manage other projects focused on strategic development and innovation in AI and automation.

Development manager for Viafree, which is MTG’s advertising-financed streaming service. Responsible for three development teams web, mobile and platform a total of about 20 employees.
